8:00 AM Following breakfast, we'll initiate the first step of our Pachamanca experience: constructing a traditional, dome-shaped stone oven, which will be heated for 1 hour to prepare for our culinary journey.
10:20 AM The moment of truth arrives! After 40 minutes, we'll carefully unearth our pachamanca and savor its flavors, paired with a refreshing glass of traditional chicha de jora.

9:30 AM Once the oven is ready, we'll carefully place the meat on the scorching hot stones. Next, we'll cover the meat with hot rocks and then wrap everything in grass and straw, allowing us to bury it and seal in the heat, while keeping the earth from coming into contact with the meat

8:00 AM Following a traditional local breakfast, we'll begin preparing our Cuy al Horno dish. The first step involves carefully peeling the guinea pig in hot water, followed by a flavorful marinade

10:00 AM After a delightful hour of roasting, the cuy will be perfectly cooked. We'll serve it with crispy Peruvian potato chips smothered in a rich and creamy Huancaina sauce. To complete this authentic experience, we invite you to pair your meal with a traditional local drink, such as Chicha de Jora or Chicha Morada
9:00 AM After marinating, we'll prepare the cuy for roasting by carefully inserting a bamboo skewer through the animal. Next, we'll place the cuy in front of a heated oven, rotating it every 10 minutes by holding the skewer, ensuring even cooking and achieving a crispy, golden-brown finish.

12:00 PM Following your morning hike, we'll collect you in the charming town of Playa-Sawayaco. Next, we'll head to Samir's Coffee Farm for an unforgettable experience
12:30 PM Upon arrival at Samir's Coffee Farm, he'll lead us through the coffee plantations, initiating the harvesting process and carefully hand-selecting the finest coffee beans.
01:00 PM We'll begin peeling the selected beans, then dry them. Meanwhile, Samir will have dried coffee ready to demonstrate the traditional toasting process in authentic pans
01:30 PM Now it's time to grind our toasted coffee in the traditional grinder. We'll savor the incredible aroma of freshly ground coffee. Finally, we'll enjoy the fruits of our labor with a taste of our expertly prepared coffee.
