After 40 minutes of heating, we'll carefully remove the ash, arrange the heated stones, and add the meat. We'll repeat this process, layer by layer, until our ingredients are gone. then we cover it with grass and bury it with earth, sealing in the heat.
Following your morning coffee, we'll embark on the first step of our traditional cooking experience: constructing the dome-shaped oven and igniting the fire within. Let's get started!
